It sucked!
You can turn your back on a person, but, never turn your back on a drug. Especially when it's waving a razor-sharp hunting knife in your eye.

    It sucked!

Dude, you've got 3-4,000 people trying for 125 (pairs of) tickets. What do you expect?

How exactly is it bullshit? Honestly? This is not a rhetorical question.

    EDIT:

I knew you couldn't answer this, because it isn't bullshit. Unfortunately, not everyone is going to get tickets. I'm sorry you didn't, but compared to when the servers crashed (ie MSG presales) this couldn't have ran more perfectly.

The website is doing well (minus the MSG issues). 95% of the tickets get sold in the first 10 seconds (luck of the draw), and the rest sellout in a half hour. No more website problems, which is nice.

I made a rookie mistake on Chicago II. Forgot to log in! Got Chicago I with no problem. Damn!

I thought it went perfect. I by n0 means have high speed internet and got the one and only show I tried for.

    I'm all smiles!

Sorry if you didn't get in but some do some don't. I've been sut out before and never bitched about it....just the way it goes.

I'm sorry you didn't get in, but with small venues like this... you kind of have to realize that there's a fair chance that you won't get what you wanted. :( Better luck next time

Hey Dude! You already answered the question. There are 100 pairs of tickets up for sale and they allow people to buy tickets to as many shows as they want. It ends up being the same people that get tiks for every show and that is why u see the tickets online for $800 a pair. Plus we pay to be members of this fan club to get tickets. You use to mail your shit in and you were almost guarenteed tickets, but now they have some half ass web pre-sale that is constantly fucked up...I guarnetee that even the people that got tckets had problems with the website. Remember we pay a yearly amount to be the first people to get an over priced ticket to see Eddie and God Dammit I want my over priced tickets.

  • Actually buddy, you pay a membership fee to see PEARL JAM, not Eddie. We are lucky that he is giving us this opportunity. I didn't get tickets through the presale, but my buddy did, so I still get to go.

Moral of the Story....Thank Eddie for hookin some of us up, and converting your friends to Pearl Jam fans = increased chances at 10 club tix

Ten Club is only allocated 10% of the seating capacity, so I doubt they could get more even if they wanted to.

I know right? Also, Everyone needs to chill out man! I was just venting that I didn't get 10 Club tickets and people start defending the 10c like I just spit in the face of a loved one. I will still find a way to get tickets....dont worry. It just sucks that the cool people always have to sit in the back and all the SUITS and up paying a grand and getting awesome seats! LOL!!!
