    This is so upsetting.

    I got as far providing credit card info and then i got an error...

    I kept trying, and i could't get past the check out point and the website kept crashing.

    And now, they're sold out.

    Very bad service and planning Ten Club.

    I am so upset.

    Are you serious? Ever since I was able to get back in, it's said they were all "temporarily out of stock".

    I feel everyone's pain. I had tix to LA 4/13 in my cart on multiple occasions. Even hit the purchase button, only to have the an "unexpected error" occur. If I had "unexpected errors" like this when I was operating on someone, I would not be in business for too long! The "Goods" section has no documentation of a purchase and I have received no confirmation from 10c, but alas, my Bank of America statement has a 10c purchase for the tickets pending. Your guess is as good as mine, but I'm thinking I may go to Alaska to blow off some steam in the wild. Hey Ten Club, this totally unnecessary headache goes to 11!

    think good thoughts on friday for those of us who didnt get tickets.

    someone mentioned having to work...you better find someone you trust to get on ticketmaster with all yer cc info and what not to get you tickets.

    I guess I should have kept trying? I was going for Santa Cruz, and had them in my cart shortly after 10:00, but after confirming my address I got the unexpected error message, and then it said temporarily out of stock. But I see that people got tickets well after 10:00 so what happened there? DAMN is all I gotta say. I'll try for Ticketmaster tix on Friday and hope for the best.

    Pretty Much - When I called the 10C they said we needed to see the confirmation in our profile, but I didn't ask about the email. Damnit!

    However, I'm the type of person who wants to see the confirmation, the email and the transaction pending on my account before I can chill.

    How'd you do it? Are you on the San Diego page and repeatedly hitting refresh, hoping that the yellow "out of stock" banner goes away?
