    Funny story....

    Jim Rome was talking about Cito Gaton on his radio show this morning before the news even came down.

    It was somthing along the lines of....."What did Cito Gaton never get another shot in the MLB, I wonder what he's doing now."

    Then about half way through the show the news came out. He didn't know ahead of time.

    yes, Gibbons and his staff was fired today and Cito Gaston and a couple of his staff when he last coached the Jays were hired.
