Don't even mention that word Vector. I'm just assuming that because the vector isn't finished yet is the very reason why Pearl Jam are not heading over this way.

    Bad Vector!!!!.

maybe that's why thier stocks aren't doing well
  • maybe that's why thier stocks aren't doing well

Anyone buying stocks in Vector with steel prices they way they are has rocks in their heads.

  • I saw this guy in the records store the other day and he was wearing a Pearl Jam hoddie (this is in Palmy). Anyway I noticed and I said to him "Hey nice hoddie. I love Pearl Jam". Anyway he gave me a kinda strange look and said thanks and that was it. It was really awkard. You think someone who splashed out $80 for a PJ hoddie would have some sorta dedication to the band. But he just went about what he was doing. You think he would have talked about new album or aleast said "Yeah man I love them too". Short kinda geeky looking dude with glasses. Anyway if anyone knows him or if he posts here tell him next time not to be such an arse.

That is kinda wierd, if that was me I would have talked your ear off about how cool Pearl Jam are.

I doubt he posts if he wasnt prepared to say anything..after all thats what you come to a board for, because you dont have many people to discuss with.
Dumbass. You shouldve stolen his hoodie for being such an ass. I mean half the reason I wear my PJ stuff is to get people talking, its not like I couldnt buy a more styley t-shirt at a shop.

    Which hoodie?
  • Eh, come now. I don't blame him for slowly walking away from you. Some people just aren't that social you know?

Ive never got one. To be fair I dont wear my bandwagon shirt much, and my hoodie is hard to read if you dont know what it is. I have got a couple of comments from the Ten sleeve poster I had up at work, and my Yield promo poster.

That's why you should've gotten the hoodie from the tenclub. It's much more obvious :D

I would love to somehow get better seats. And I really want to watch Mike's fingers as he solo's to some of the songs.

But maybe when it gets closer to november we could arrange a big as Kiwi meet up.

And yeah, Malmsteen is pretty freaking anoying to watch though. On my G3 dvd, he just shreds monotonously on that stupid yellow Strat for like half an hour straight. But I have a friend who is going there so it'll be all good.

fyi, Vector are just the sponsors, not the owners. Like Westpac Stadium in Welly.

  • Hey Mere do you have any more info on The Who at the bowl. If I can't see PJ I'd love to see The Who.

Mmmm I think I like mine better. Although I really think the things on the 10C website should be modelled on people, so you can see how they look. One thing with the beanie on there is, its bloody mega tight.
Tool better play a gig other than BDO....im not gonna go there.

Are you kidding? You got that trademe LOTL one right? To each their own I guess, but the 10C one is amazing! I haven't seen the trademe one, but it just strikes me as a regular hoodie with a screen printed picture on it.

Are there rumours of the who playing in NP? I haven't even heard these rumours. I'd go see that... even if it is only half of them :)

Fair enough, I guess that's why you don't wear your bandwagon that much. You don't want to be that "I'm a PJ fan" guy...

The one on the website is black too :D

Youd think that should be good news for us, seeing they petitioned like us...im not a 10C member anymore which is only a tad worrying.

This guy who reckoned he knew a surfing mate of Ed's must've had some powerful friends....bastards. Have they ever played Newcastle before? Isnt Newcastle the equivalent of Hamiltron?

Its easier to add a show in a country than it is to add NZ - they aint coming, i think if you hold false hope you are going to be dissappointed
