Not to burst your bubble, but you really shouldn't have to pay for that stuff. Anybody that makes you pay for it should be shot. For a while I tried to report all those auctions (there's someone selling many PJ live DVDs too) but they didn't really do much about it.

Anyway, it's cool, I just hope you didn't pay too much for them.

Oh no I didnt pay for the DVD's. They were thrown in for free with the Biography, and also magazine I bought for 10 bucks. Im trading for free with another guy down the rd from me so trust me I aint wanting to pay for anything. There is a guy selling concerts for 30 bucks which is ridiculous, I wish you could get in contact with the people who bid for it and say dont do it.

    Yoooooo

Just to interupt this thread to say hey. I'm another New Zealander from Auckland (well i'm actually Indian but i'm really white inside). And I juuuuust got tickets to Melbourne shows 1 and 2. Like literally, my contacts in Melbourne got tickets for me a couple of hours before they sold out. They're sideview though.

I still desperately hope that they come here as well though. I'll really try doing something to get them to come here, if you guys have any ideas, while I'm over there.

I just want to say a big goodbye to everyone on this thread, you all have been awesome. I'm about to head to London for my big OE for hopefully 2 years.

This thread has kept me entertain over the last year at work, so keep up the good work.

I'll pop back now and then with updates and hopefully photos of my European Pearl Jam trip.

    Take Care everyone

I know how it feels. I'm going because I can't die without seeing Pearl Jam live atleast once. I have sideview seats though meh.

My thoughts exactly, I have to see them live and if they are not coming to NZ then I have to see them over in Oz.

Hey Amit, you got accommodation booked yet??

Im the same, but unfortunately (well its not unfortunate its a good thing) I just landed my first journalism job and its a big break so I cant go to Aussie. When faced with my career and one of my fav bands I guess theres not much of a decision to be made.

Yeah bro, I'm staying with some family friends so i'm all good. But the thing is that i'm going to the two concerts alone. (And i'm not on Mike Mccready's side though, damn)

So do you know anything about any fan meet ups or something?!

Not trying to bloat, but man my november is going to rock this year. After pearl jam there's Yngiew Malmsteen on the 16th, and then I come home to U2 on the 25th.

Sweet that you have accomodation sorted. Think I will stay at a backpackers ofr cheap motel somewhere.

Hmm not sure of any fan meet ups but I'm sure it can be arranged, would love to get on the juice with a bunch of jammers and then head to the concert!!!!!.

I think youll enjoy U2 and PJ more than Yngwie's 1000 cord snoozefest..

Imagine you went to the show and landed yourself an exclusive interview. 0_o

Haha, nah. Way to go on getting that job.

13th for me too, and the 2 Adelaide shows. Now I'm thinking I should've gone to the other Melbourne shows too. Anyone have good tickets? :D
  • Does anybody know whats happening with Vector anyway? Even if Pearl Jam isn't coming I'd to know that it will at least be ready for the next tour if there is going to be one.

Don't even mention that word Vector. I'm just assuming that because the vector isn't finished yet is the very reason why Pearl Jam are not heading over this way.

    Bad Vector!!!!.
