You cant blame the defense. The defense did a fine job. Grossman sucks. Gave the game away. Those passes were just awful. He had no right even being there with that performance. Happy for Dungy and Manning. Class acts both,

the defense gave up 21 points when the colts had something like 80 offensive plays. Against that offense with that many chances the bears defense i think more than held it's own. The bears offense only had 44 offensive plays. If you don't have the ball you cant score and if the other team has almost twice as many chances, that can't help your cause. at least i'm used to this...maybe next year.

And the reason why the Bear's offense didn't have the ball was because the Bear's defense couldn't get it back for them. With the exception of Urlacher the rest of that defense did not live up to it's reputation. The Colts would have blown them away was it not for a lot of mistakes on their part.

Addai and Rhodes had a field day running against the bears D.

The bears d did have it's problems but look at the drives the bears offense put together... that's pretty sad showing. If the bears O could've gotten more done, they could've kept the ball out of indy's hands.

true, but they only had one rushing touchdown, again. if the bears Offense couldn've done something...ANYTHING... at least they would've limited the touches.

Good point. I guess both units have to share the blame. It just seemed that the only two players that showed up yesterday was Hester and Jones. Without the two of them the score would have been 29-3.

Not really. The defense got mauled.
the opening kickoff was all I needed. I havent seen a bar (the one I was in) go that insane since the white sox world series.
the colts were the better team and deserved to win.
