    Republican activist Parker J. Bena pleaded guilty to possession ofchild pornography on his home computer and was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison and fined $18,000.

    Father's outrage

    Well, it was a no contest plea, and the victim (through her parent) refused to testify. The man had a right to face his accuser. Again, I am not defending his actions, but what would the folks clamoring for "due process" when it comes to suspected terrorists have said about this case?

    And at the risk of opening a Pandora's box......child pornography is a multiple-victim crime.
