as far as Katrina... do you see any of the people in the floods looting their own people, no... they are helping and supporting each other and themselfs, not waiting for the govt. to come save their ass.

So because there was not instant reaction people needed to loot tv's, other peoples homes, etc. I think not. Those people are still waiting for handouts.... big WAHHHHHH disasters happen, they were told to get out.. they didnt. deal with it.

Better check your history I believe there was a world trade center bombing under Clinton in 1993. Maybe we should blame Bush for that as well. It is ok though becasue Obama will fix everything he is for change we can believe in.
