Yesterday, iwasthere & I were taking turns holding our spot in line to see the rally. At 430pm a lady with the campaign came up to him & asked if we wanted to sit on the bleachers behind Obama as he spoke. He was like hell ya! So, she handed us purple bracelets & we were told to walk up towards the metal detectors. We stood there waiting & we decided, jokingly, that we were gonna have "fan club" seats. We went through the metal detectors & we were the 1st group of people in the stadium. We all were hearded together & were sat on the bleachers in groups of 10. He & I ended up being on the top row, just underneath the "Change" banner. We actually were just underneath the "e". It was so exciting to see over 40,000 people come into the stadium & at one point the line to get in was over 2 miles long. I'm not sure if everyone actually made it in.

Springfield is in a "red" area of Missouri. But by the looks of the rally, I think Missouri may end up a blue state this election.

my pictures really didn't turn out that good. They are all blurry cause it was dark and I think because we were too close. When I get pix emailed to me by my friend that went with me I'll post some of those.
