Best version of "Untitled" or "Untitled/MFC" ever?
Options
Let's see everyones thoughts on the Best version of "Untitled" or "Untitled/MFC" ever?
My vote for Untitled has to be 05/23/00 Lisbon Portugal; Untitled/MFC, too many good ones to pick just one.
Anyone else think the 2000 concerts/bootlegs are the best of PJs career? Maybe because I love Binaural so much.
And how about Alive from that same Lisbon show, the ending is amazing.
Let's hear opinions folks!

Is that the one where Ed starts by saying "I got some car... got a car"?

I am a little obsessed about Untitled.
I like Lisbon because he says "Have some drinks, have a smoke, it's all about the little things." San Francisco in '06, Untitled was an extended version ... went on for a while, with extra lyrics
Don't want to hear the news
Don't want to have nothing to lose
Don't want to hear 'bout no more war
There's always more war
But I don't fight with you
And you don't fight with me
That is our peace
Let's get some peace
I wanna go, but I don't want to go aloneeverybody wants the most they can possibly get

I have to check that one out. It kind of did. Just because I had never been privy to an live "Untitled" before. I kind of thought Ed had forgotten about it. It was kind of out of left field.

I'm a bit of an Untitled junkie. Check out Yokohama 2003 which is my all-time favorite.2003 - Champaign (first show), Chicago, Uniondale, MSG II, State College, Alpine Valley; 2004 - Toledo, Grand Rapids; 2005 - Kitchener, London.0

Oddly enough this song is probably my wife's favorite song as we've always felt it was "our" song. I had tix to all 3 shows in SF and asked my wife if she wanted to go w/me but she didn't as she was seven months pregnant with our first child and didn't want to "risk" anything.
I guess after seeing me come home with a big ass grin on my face for the first two shows she finally broke down and asked if she could come w/me for the final night...which of course I was like "hell yea!". Out of all the shows to come to she picks the one where they decide to pull this little gem out. And what made it even more special was the lyric change that just suited our situation perfectly
"we don't have to pack no things, just get the kid let's come along..."
...priceless moment
Oh and it was the first time I witness "Untitled" live myself. Own pretty much most of the 2000 boots with "Untitled/MFC" on the setlist.
Nice to see some love for this tune!!!
Peace,

One of the better retorts I've ever read.
I love no more, and the singalong that comes with it. Seemed to take on a similar position as I Believe in Miracles in South America '05 when they played it every night for Johnny. Believe me, there will come a time in the future where No More will be played rare enough where people will be bitching about not ever hearing it. Personally, I didn't need to hear it at every show I went to.'I'm like an opening band for the sun'0 -
