oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

I'll post regarding American politics deliberately to challenge the brain dead argument, "If ya ain't from dis country, ya can't comment."

As for Irish politics, I listen to Newstalk 106 a bit. I used to listen to RTE Radio 1 a lot, but it's become shite recently.

well. i have to admit i vomitted a little in my mouth when i heard the name ian paisley on my radio last week. then in the same breath i heard the name martin mcguinness and laughed at the thought of both these men having to deal with each other officially for the collective good of their country. ahh to be a fly on the wall.
    hear my name
    take a good look

well I often post about Irish politics and nobody seems to give a fuck or even answer... then people ask why I always post in the American threads? Cos otherwise I'd be talking to myself

Perhaps you may have better luck on a U2 board?

:D I know what ya mean... did ya see the smiles on the faces the day they all sat down together? Sooooooooooooooo fake, it was hilarious... I think Paisley was the only one who was enjoying it.

69 so it's only Irish people who comment on U2 or Michael Flatley boards? I doubt it. Besides in the rules it doesn't say we can only discuss American politics :p
    The Astoria??? Orgazmic!
    Verona??? it's all surmountable
Dublin 23.08.06 "The beauty of Ireland, right there!"

More or less, yes. And everything has consequences. I.e, Maybe if people had paid more attention to the Nazis in Germany in the 1920's and early 30's, then that shit could have been stopped before it became so big.

things are different now....the Pope can fart, and I can read about it, or get a news alert in my inbox just minutes later...his throne would still almost be warm from it....lol

Were practically all living in the same neighborhood these days.
Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

if it effects me my coutry or the whole world of course it concerns me
but ı think people shouln't make judgements about these things before they have great knowledge
otherwise they can say things they shouln't say and it may hurt other people and countries
