A trial and a conviction.

she gave him a trial and conviction too. she even executed him.0 -

So, basically, her head is shaped like the capital building dome, and her arm has the look of the judge's hammer...

maybe that's what happened here and she only said he held a knife to her throat? we only have her word about what really happened. maybe they were lovers and he was breaking it off.0 -

That's ridiculous.she gave him a trial and conviction too. she even executed him.

A: Quite possibly.
Q: Thank you doctor drug store quack.
A: no problem.

i'm trying to find justice for the poor dead guy with the brain tumor. he wasn't responsable for his actions. he wasn't in control of his mind. she; on the other hand; was ready to kill. i wonder if she was loaded with hollow points for a sure kill. were they full load (maximum gunpowder)? how did she hit this {assumed} moving target in the dark? she must have prepared for her chance to kill someone.0 -

you should be ashamed gue. i'm presenting arguments that would be brought forth in a wrongful death trial. i thought you were smart enough to catch that.0 -

It's a sad case, indeed. Like I said before I don't think he deserved to die.THANK YOU, LOSTDAWG!

If it were a dog with rabies that entered her room with bad intent, would it be any different?
She isn't being brought up on any charges. Are you trying to suggest she lured him in somehow?

i'm not suggesting anything. i'm giving arguments that would be brought up in a wrongful death suit.
if it were a dog; it would be different. the animal is acting on instinct to attack.0 -

Justice for the "poor dead guy"? huh?
He broke into her house, wearing a mask, carrying a knife, jumped on top of her and held the knife to her throat.
You think she should have called a "Time Out" and rushed him off to the nearest hospital to have a CAT Scan, a MRI and series of other tests to determine if he was sound of mind and healhty of body enough, to warrant killing him in her self-defense?
I find it disgusting how people want to defend and justify the actions of a guy who broke into her house, wearing a mask, carrying a knife, jumped on top of her and held the knife to her throat.
I see this as a major problem in society and a contributing factor to why this country is the fuckin' mess, it is.
Criminals, thieves, murderers, rapists, pedophiles, molestors......they deserve sympathy and justice. But the victims of their crimes and aggression get ripped apart by the media and the overly-PC.
What a fuckin' world we live in!0 -

so again i ask; how is that different from state sanctioned killing?
The difference is if she was given the CHOICE to get out of the situation without killing the man she would have probably done so.0 -
