also, i don't like how you can't just hold the mouse arrow over the thread title and read the first part of the thread. you actually have to click to see what it's about.
for the most part, though, i'm really digging the new forum. i just miss how easy the old forum was (because it was like every other generic forum).

regarding the guy with the green name text on the green background, its an Internet Explorer issue. whoever designed this site needs to tweak some code to fix that. it appears as a green name on white background on firefox.
I miss the subscription option. It was so easy to find the threads I had posted in, and when they were updated with a new post. Hopefully they'll be adding in more features soon

I agree. I used to like when you could roll the mouse over the thread and see the first post. I too have a generic pit name now. Ten CLub said they would delete the other one from the old pit so it would free my old pit name up. But it is still like starting from scratch. You lose all you posts and stuff, not that it really matters.

My first 2 posts on this forum were with my Pit username, mnicole22, but then I couldn't post with that name anymore. So I signed in with my 10c account and changed my username from MB2847 (or whatever it was) to Cinnamon Girl. I thought it was so cool (and confusing) that I could change my user name! But when I went back to the profile where I changed it, the option was gone. So I guess I'm Cinnamon Girl until we can use our old pit names again.
Was your message pit name used with a old email address? that is my problem which I'm trying to correct... going to see if i can get my old pit name + email address deleted. that will free up my old name. I will then change this 'generic' name to my old name.

I noticed that there was no option to change your username as well. When this new messgae pit was created, I remember there was an option to change your username because I tried to change it to my old message pit username. I wasn't able to, so I contacted the Ten Club asking them to delete my old message pit username. They finally deleted it, but now I can't even change it. You figure they would have let me know you couldn't change now anyway or at least tell me they are working on some issues thay are having. They def have to work on a few of these issues.

I had the same problem. I emailed 10C and they helped me out. The "O" should be capitalized but whatever. Had over 1,500 posts but they're gone too. No big deal though. Hope you get your identity back!
