Yeah yeah yeah possession of mother nature whatever.
Grizzly bears are mother nature does that mean I should be allowed to possess one of them? Nah.
Lots of biological agents that are natural...should I be allowed to possess them?
Poor argument for legalizing herb. All I know is that to see, and not to speak, would be the great betrayal.

mother nature = illegal
lying to invoke war resulting in a mass slaughter = legal
what the fuck is wrong with us?
Well.
See.
President = securing oil for our country.
We all know Americans will lie, cheat, steal, and murder for oil, turn a blind eye and just pretend like life is roses ...
and ...
you can't run a car on dope ...

It's all part of this lovely aristocracy. Fewer rich folks smoke weed than middle/lower class IMO. So the rich make the crimes they don't as much as others more punishable so they can keep tightening their hold on power. The social gap between aristocrats and the average person has become broader than the Mississippi and deeper than the Grand Canyon. And it's only getting worse.my2hands wrote:by smoking a plant. While at the same time our president lie's about justifications for war, resulting in the slaughter of hundreds of thousands. Not to mention continuing to escalate the war. and that is all "legal". He continues to be treated like royalty, indulging in private flights, world travel, $1000 suits, world class security, and 5 star meals. All paid for by us, while he smirks and laughs.
something is very wrong with this picture.

This is an extremely interesting post. I'm almost excited for us to be all killed off and give life on this planet another chance. Hopefully whatever comes of it will be much more successful than us stupid humans were.0 -
why is hemp illegal in america?
The reason that Hemp is illegal in America today is because the main families in America (Masons), the Harrimans and Rockefellers (Standard Oil), the Whitneys (Eli Whitney-Cotton Gin), Dupont (Chemicals in wood pulp processing and cotton pesticides), and Hearst (Newspapers, Media) find it more profitable to sell us unnecessary chemicals, unneeded dug-up petroleum oil, immune system destroying pharmaceuticals, and axed up trees cut into real thin slices, all at over-inflated prices and at the expense of our health and living environment. For these companies, the real problem is that one cannot patent a natural plant. Almost everything produced in America by large corporations is exported for sale on the world markets. The total value of oil, petrochemicals, and pharmaceutical sales totals hundreds of billions of dollars. However, with the availability of over 50,000 new products and the necessity to manufacture them, America would be a much richer nation if the farmers and the average citizen were allowed to grow this valuable crop. -sourceIf I was to smile and I held out my hand

i actually had written out a comment about that... Monsanto case affirms seed patent but ... the truth is it isn't directly applicable.
The quote is correct, you still can't patent a natural plant ... Monsanto has a patent on geneticaly modified plants ... the scary thing is though, they can sue farmers now, when their fucking shit GM plant pollen INFECTS regular farmers' crops ... bullshit!
anyhow ... more good stuff here:

But their shit isn't natural, right? It's genetically engineered. So why isn't the U.S. selling genetically engineered weed? Because god told them not to I suppose...godpt3 wrote:I don't know... you should ask Monsanto about that one.0 -

GM wheat has already been developed. The only reason it isn't on the market now is that our trading partners have all said they'll stop importing U.S. wheat if the biotech wheat is released."If all those sweet, young things were laid end to end, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised."
