It has been documented that some low level Al Qaida operatives did meet with some Iraqi officials a couple of times. There was also a training camp headed up by Ar Zarqawi in Iraq but it was in the Northern Kurdish regions which where far from Saddam's influence and prying eye. Our own intelligence agencies have stated as much but have also stated, on numerious occastions, that there was no substancial connection or relationship between Saddam and Al Qaida."When one gets in bed with government, one must expect the diseases it spreads." - Ron Paul0 -

they do a lot of oil and energy work...they did work in iran, syria, iraq (including illegal oil for food deals) up until 2000 (notice cheney named 2 of em to the axis of evil, guess they are only evil after the check clears?)
now, in iraq, they do all sorts of things, many of which the military used to do but now we contract out...like operate the mess halls in iraq for our troops (they have been found to serve spoiled meat, dirty water not even filtering at some camps, double billing, charging for meals they never even serves...), transporting fuel (they also got in some truoble for this a year or 2 ago), work on the oil fields/lines....
according to yahoo finance when they were pushing for war haliburton's stock was at $10, up until a few months ago it was in the high $70's-80 range, a few months ago they had a 2:1 split and now their stock is in the mid-high $30's which keeps it at that same $70-80 rangestandin above the crowd
he had a voice that was strong and loud and
i swallowed his facade cos i'm so
eager to identify with
someone above the crowd
someone who seemed to feel the same
someone prepared to lead the way0 -

I've seen videos of soldiers stating that after Haliburton's cleaning services washed their uniforms they felt dirtier than before they were washed. Must feel disgusting to wear sticky filthy clothes in that heat. Funny thing is GI's were getting in shit for washing their own uniforms, and they were told they must submit their uniforms for "washing" as no doubt Haliburton gets exorbitantly paid for each bag of laundry.
Rediculous..Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.
