Advice how to clean my poster

How about scuffs on the poster? Are framing shops able to get those out of the silk screen? I've bought a few posters off of eBay from sellers who aren't the best at shipping and have a few posters with unwelcome scuffs. Thanks.0

Update:
The dust situation was not as bad as I feared, I could brush most of it off with my hand but I didn't. I took my dusty MSG 1998 poster along with my Seattle 2000 and Holmdel 2003 to a art place right near where I live, very professional place as we spent about an hour picking out the border colors for the frame etc..
Couldn't match anything to the Seattle 2000 colors so that's not going to have a border, it's mostly white anyway.
I gave the guy my ticket stubs for the MSG 9/10/98 and PNC 2003 shows which he will incorporate into the border below the posters, I was impressed with the work they had up on the walls which was mostly sports memorabilia. Guy was real cool, he said they would be done in three weeks. If I can find my Seattle 2000 ticket stubs he will include that too.
These are my first framed Pearl Jam posters so I'm excited to get them back, next up when these come back are Oakland '97, Camden '06 and MSG '08.Randalls Island New York 9/29/96 - Oakland Coliseum Oakland California 11/15/97 - MSG New York New York 09/10/98 - Key Arena Seattle Washington 11/05/00, 11/06/00 - PNC Bank Arts Center Holmdel New Jersey 7/14/03 - Tweeter Center Camden New Jersey 5/28/06, MSG New York New York 06/25/08, Spectrum Arena Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 10/27/090 -
