Wonder if someone with a super low 10 c number could "lose" the lottery. For example...#25,XXX ends up with a seat in the 13tth row. That would be great!0

Could it be that 13th row center is considered better than 10th row on the very end?
I've also seen times where touringfans wasn't 100 percent accurate?0 -
