Could it be that 13th row center is considered better than 10th row on the very end?
I've also seen times where touringfans wasn't 100 percent accurate?

My seats were similar - section 8 and I was quite happy - great view of the stage with few people in front of me! MUCH better than anything I could have gotten thru tixmaster.

It's not confirmation driectly from the person...but it's definitely ROW 10 and it's definitely better than a 170# would have gotten had they not won the lottery so I think that's a WINNER!
No they can't. The 10C already stated that is not possible. And the only scenario to "lose" the lottery would be for a 25XXX number to end up in the 9th or 10th rows since it is in order of seniority after row 2.
Picking up my tix in just over an hour. Here's to hoping that I win the lottery!
25xxx or something similar should not be able to 'win' (lose?) row 9 or 10. If a low number like that does not win row 1 or 2, they would be seated somewhere in rows 3-8 unless there were somehow so many members with lower numbers that a 25xxx got pushed back to row 11 based on seniority (not likely) - only then they could 'win' row 9 or 10.

It depends on the section though. The middle starts with Row A. The side sections start with Row C and since usually for most venues I've been to there is now Row I because it looks like Row 1, so Row M on the sides with be tenth row.
