Well to answer a few questions, the saudis have a duty to do it, I mean after all the "for palestine" talk they do. I want some action.

But Of course they should not have to buy this settlers land, it should not be the settlers to start with but that's not what the reality is.

All I'm pointing out is that these so called religious sauds with billions should spend more on people than on a palace.

Also I wish the arabs would unite, but arab history shows that being united is hard for them to do.
    ...
    I'm with you on this.
If is is such a big deal... how about carving out a little piece of land the Palestinians can call their own? Borders are not cast in stone.

    to be livin here today.
‘Cause the flag still stands for freedom,
and they can’t take that away.

And I’m proud to be an American,
where at least I know I’m free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

the king of saudi arabia holds telethons for palestinian 'martyrs'...looks like they support it just fine to me.

also, you don't think maybe the checkpoints and things like that have no bearing on being impoverished?

what are you talking about bro, don't you think that it must be kinda hard for them to "sort themselves out" when everyday they are being attacked in some way.

I think you'll find that there are rich people in all countries who are reluctant to share their wealth. Why doesn't Bill Gates buy all the land and houses in the West Bank which were illegally seized, and give that land back to the Palestinians. American Republicans 'always have an opinion about' how hard the Israeli's have it. Well, there's your solution to the problem. The U.S has singlehandedly perpetuated the situation there by singularly vetoing every U.N resolution over the past 36 years calling for a peaceful two-state settlement. The U.S also plows $4 Billion into Israel every year. You want a solution to the problem over there? You may want to look a bit closer to home, rather than trying to shift the blame onto the Arabs.

Look Im no fan of the US goverment and I know they are responsible for alot that is wrong over there. I was just responding to this thread main point which was rich saudis, not rich americans. And there is alot of blame to go around.

I wonder how you'd fare if you were forced to live for years under the boot heel of a brutal military occupation?
