The pain is taking over
like a rusty nail in my veins
wait for you I forever will
there is no one else...
In his warming arms you lie
telling me, you miss my eyes
how that makes me feel
I wish I knew, maybe I never will
When the sun sets tonight
i'll miss your smile and your light
Strangely this is where I want to be
No matter the pain and how deep it is
My heart shatters when I see you
breathing heavily on his chest
Why oh why can't that be me
I'm afraid I may cease to be.

    nothing that helps, except your kiss

    a rose dies in me...clouds are born
    a strange color blue.. not your eyes
    go home with him...no lies...
    again...my heart gone...I'm torn..

    but still no regret, this pain, is not for you
    can't help it, can't make it stop..
    I live with this pain, never go away.
    you are my lily of life
    pure as tears, white as snow
    you're the grass i stumble on
    the blue sky I fly in
    the white clouds I rest on
    the ghosts in my dreams
    the emptiness in my being.
