trial and error
circles in time
evolution of love

i surrender myself
naked around you
worlds of bliss

ignorance in smiles
longing for security
emptyness in ourselves

and as i lay here
broken on the floor
I know for sure
I'll be back here again

trial and error

your light's reflected now

    every drink served on this globe
    cannot open the hurt i feel inside
    love and lose is better than not having loved at all?

    Im having doubts..
    this sadness aches to much
    more than I can handle.

    I love you and guess I always will
    but you dont love me, not like i love you
    and likely never will..

    the grief I feel can only be mine
    haunting me from here to the end of time
    unshared, lonely, unloved, dried out

    floating on a sea of tears
    slowly drifting away from what was us
    sharing, happy, loving, full of joy
