I listened to you
call my name
Your beauty astounds me
I am speechless
I close my eyes
Your waves crashed
in my ears
Oh to taste you
would be so sweet
A drink of the divine
My tongue is parched
with such desires
There are nights
when I know
you want to consume me
You're so alluring
Sometimes I want
to be one with you
To drink you
into my lungs
let you devour me
But something keeps me
on your shores
I have touched you
as you have me
Each of us
a part of eachother
Our time may be drawing near
but it has yet to come
Farewell my sweet
I leave you for now
But I shall return

Thanks for reading. Hope you enjoyed it.

This poem eloquently made me seriously thirsty.

Also, it reminded me of an ex-girlfriend from a long time ago and made me wonder what she's doing now....

Consummation or to be consumed... a divine question.
I'm stepping in front of the gushing hydrant in a hurricane. I'd like to see the traction I keep.

Sigh, sigh, sire where have you gone instead?
It's like playing music, the strings of time
    the flow of something more
    standing on the shore.

    I love your poem.

it had been a long time

who sit there with they stupid youth
who inhale tax poison for bombs
