They will probably lottery rows 1-2, then seat rows 3-8 by seniority, then lottery rows 9-10 for everyone who is left, then assign the remaining seats. So this is what it's like to be an adult.

That better not happen. That would be disgraceful. We know Ed and Mike particularly, feed off of the first few rows. If you get up there, do your duty!~!~ Peace ~!~ Love ~!~ Pearl Jam ~!~0 -

I think that was the joke ... the people who "normally" sit in those seats are the jaded, been-there-done-that arm-crossers who are only there to hear "Bee Girl" or some such.everybody wants the most they can possibly get
for the least they could possibly do0 -

Fat, old, and bald. See: Comic-book-guy. "Worst opener, ever."
I swear to god, if they make another DVD, they need to avoid showing the front rows, it's fucking sad. I mean I know they've been around for awhile, and I'm not exactly a looker, but come on! lol.
So yeah, I think this fresh meat idea is great.0 -

BTW... For those who do get the first 2 rows, expect to get smacked in the back of the head a few times by the seats rightful owners.

88 of the non top seniority 10c members will be in the first 2 rows. 88 10c members and PJ fans who will probably never get this opportunity again. This is one of the things that 10c has done this tour that is good for most and probably not so good for a handful. But as Ed said in
Albany last time around, and I quote
"Who are you? Some of the people up front, we see the same fucking people everywhere we go"
Well not this time Ed ! Thanks 10c !!!

ok here is a question - say your member number is usually in the first 5 or 6 rows and you get randomly picked for rows 9 and 10 - didn't you really lose your seniority there? not sure if its possible and doesn't affect me but was just wondering.0 -

agreed, but...what about boring boyfriends who complain the whole time? it's happened to me so I banned him from ever coming with me again. incidentally - 1 year later, we broke up.It's an art to live with pain...mix the light into grey..

This is my first time with 10c tix. Im for MSG1 and 2. My # is 176,xxx. Anyone can tell me approx. what row can I expect0
-
My seats are normally in the 3rd row. At MSG last time there were almost 8,000 10c seats. I was pushed back to the 5th row. Still good, but hey I'm spoiled. It's the difference beetween sipping Ed's wine or peering through heads on the floor from 5 rows back (7th row at MSG)..
So whatever, now I'll always be 5th row.
I wonder if I could be randomly selected for rows 9 and 10 when my normal seats are rows 3-5 or if I'll only be randomly selected for rows 1-2. Either way a 2% chance at the first two rows is pretty much not gonna happen. This is why the Knicks never get the first round draft pick. They only have 2 ping pong balls in the mix. While some other scrub team has like 60.
I think the whole change sucks. If you never sit in good seats, your still not going to. Unless your one of the lucky 2%. However, I have a 100% chance at getting pushed back.90 shows and counting...some of my favs: Randall's Island night 2, Milwaukee '95 night 2, Hawaii '06, St Johns '05, PJ20!0 -

are you kidding? My husband isn't the worlds biggest PJ fan.. in fact he doesn't know much of their music, but he was in the front row with me at Lolla, and now he likes them 20 times more then before the show.
People can do what they want with their tickets. If you get front row, yay! lucky you! thats awesome, but its not a rule that only the biggest fans alive get those tickets.0 -

Do you have a link to the thread? I don't see it posted. And who posted it, Kat?
Edit: not like I care either way. In fact I hope they aren't included in the selection for rows 9 & 10.0
