That sucks i listen to my ipod all the time and my computer like 2 hours a week :(

it's annoying that it only works with iPod. i have an older sony player that i use almost constantly and nothing scrobbles from it. = (

What type of computer (PC or mac)? It took awhile to set up correctly on my mac, but it works pretty good now.
I have a PC and i'm running XP

I got it to take my play count from itunes with the initial install, but when i plug my ipod in it does not update anything from it and it does not pull from my playcounts in itunes that was a one time thing.

I'm annoyed with it and i've tried emailing tech support and they have been useless.

I use a third party client to update from the iPod.

It works really well, I rarely have any problems with it.

i've been using it since 2005, but i reset my account in november. i went two years forgetting it was scrobbling, and the numbers were VERY skewed. i used to use my computer as an alarm clock, and sometimes i just turned down the volume and rushed out the door for work, forgetting it was still playing. i had about ten thousand listens each to blood, breath, cochise, eclipse, time & march of the pigs (all of them great songs to wake you up). needless to say, i didn't find it very indicative of my listening habits. so after a couple months, here's my current top ten artists (http://www.last.fm/user/uninnocent):

    1. pearl jam
    2. alice in chains
    3. soundgarden
