    I know . . . it all seems pretty crazy how these shipping companies (Fedex, DHL, etc.) work. I think a lot of Fedex stuff goes to a hub and is then disbursed out. I sure don’t understand why they didn’t send yours to Chehalis and then back up to Seattle instead of Ohio?

    The Grinch must have been involved :-)

    Anyone else order more than one copy of the regular edition book and only recieve one copy?

    My DHL tracking says its at USPS, does the post office deliver this? I was expecting a DHL truck to show up today but maybe I'll have to wait until the mail shows up on monday.
