    Yeah well they can be a little gimmicky at times, but they make songs like Holy Mountains and Soldier Side that are simply amazing

    One of my favorite bands. I loved their last two albums. Hopefully i will see them live some day.

    I personally thought Mesmerize and Hypnotize were their best albums. Lost in Hollywood, Soldier Side, Violent Pornography, Cigaro, and Hypnotize are all excellent tracks!!!

    i think they're great, saw them live once in '05 and thought they were awesome. . . i couldnt stop listening to mesmerize when it came out, i didnt think hypnotize was as good. but still they are in my top 10 current bands. . .i guess it would make sense that an angryyoungman would like soad

    I enjoyed the first two albums. I really love Toxicity. I've only heard bits and peices form mesmerize/hypnotize. It's not bad but I'm not a huge fan of the direction they took. I thought Darren Malakian should have stuck to the guitar and a bit aof back up. Leave the singing to Sergei. Still a decent band though. One of the only metal bands I'll actually listen too.

    Has to be one of the clunkiest band names ever.  Doesn't exactly roll off the tongue,  or make sense (to me).  But I'm always open for something new so will check them out.
