Thank You New York, MSG and Pearl Jam

Tuesday and Wednesday were two of the best days of my life, no question about it. Even though our seats were far better on Night 2 than Night 1, my friend Craig and I agreed that Night 1 was easily the better show. I cannot tell you how amazing it was for me to hear - count 'em - 10 songs I had not yet heard live (these were PJ shows 8 and 9), especially such special, moving powerful and uplifting ones as Down, Faithfull, Love Reign O'er Me, All Along the Watchtower, WMA, and Who You Are. The Night 1 crowd was the loudest I've ever heard at any concert in my life, and I've been to nearly 60 in my time. The energy was immense and deep. I had an aisle seat and lots of room to dance. The whole thing was beautiful. Thank you, Pearl Jam, for being the band you are and for two great nights. I could go into all the details about everything and every song and every moment, but the point was just to say thank you to "all you fuckin' New Yorkers," and to Pearl Jam. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I can't believe I have to go back to work tomorrow.
I am lost, I'm no guide, but I'm by your side.
I am right by your side.
