I've never heard this Dust album, so I won't comment on it... but those two Rage albums are awesome!

I totally agree about his solo stuff. I was just saying while driving back from his recent gig with Isobell Campbell, that (although I love seeing him in any of his guises) I wish he'd do more solo stuff and tour on his own.
