I'm sorry, but Aerosmith opening in Ottawa with Helter Skelter was quite posisbly the coolest thing I've seen at a show, partly because I didn't know they did a version!

  • Come Together - Aerosmith

The original was always one of my least favorite Beatles song. But this version is amazing. Sounds like it was made to be an Aerosmith song.

so true...one of the few beatles covers i say elevates the material...imagine if the Beatles had done it this way
I've faced it, a life wasted, and I'm never going back again.

I'm probably going to get flamed bad for this, but Michael Jackson did a pretty cool version of Come Together.

Also, on the I Am Sam soundtrack, whoever it was that covered Nowhere Man did a good job of it.

i actually can't stand aerosmith's cover of come together. but i have to say i can imagine them doing a bad ass helter skelter.

I've always been fond of Sarah Mclaughlin's Blackbird cover.

I said it earlier in the thread but it deserves repeating. JEFF BECK - A DAY IN THE LIFE

it's an instrumental version from George Martin's album "In My Life" album. seek it out if you've never heard it.
