Was it just the sound off the tv that was bad?

for those that attended the conan gig or have friends who went:

was the sound bad on the stage there as well, or was it just the tv recording of it that was bad?

    Bad on the stage. Mike's guitar went in and out early on but it was corrected.

    Wherever those mp3's came from it sounds alot better than what we got from the tv. I don't know if my stereo would have made a difference, but some shows or movies it does, but my wife and son are sleeping so I just went with the tv. Check out those mp3's though, 100x better.

    Thank god it wasn't just me... I wasn't too happy with how it sounded either on my TV. I was just telling some friends that it felt like a "quickie"... not sure if I felt it or how to react - need it again...but don't have a copy of the show since my DVR is not working! Ha!

    But I enjoyed watching the guys though! It really put a smile on my face seeing them....although Ed seemed maybe a little nervous or awkward?

    I won't get in trouble for downloading the mp3 with better sound quality?

    I'll look for the link but only if it's allowed? I'd think so since the show was taped and therefore should be ok..... :?:
