Kills me to say this but PJ needs to follow DMB

Dave is having a concert promoting his new album coming out tomorrow Live at the Beacon in Ny on the fuse channel as we speak commercial free. That would be sick if the boys aired a killer 2.5 hr live concert on tv as well. i'm not a dave fan per say but just stumbled acroos it now.

    Well maybe if PJ acknowledged that they played the Beacon on their home page last year, that would be a start. ;)

    Yea, PJ is way behind the times with their stuff. DMB is doing a much better job i must say.

    What exactly has DMB done besided playin a free show on Fuse? They followed PJ into the bootleg thing and I think PJ signing a deal with Target is ahead of anything they've done.

    conor you go nuts....i was at their shows in vegas last month and to quote top gun...it was a target rich environment :D

    i;m watching the show on hulu right now. dave sounds awful - he must have a dreadful cold. his voice is a mess. his falsetto's for shit and he's paring back the high notes in songs like so damn lucky and rye whiskey.

    my perdiction is the DMB is going to experience a "big wave" of goodwill as they release their new album tonight and have a reinissance of sorts this summer as they've really made their music accessable again - I saw them at Fenway this weekend and I don't think he (and the band) get the respect they deserve.

    Beacon theater show tonight is another example.

    DMB is doing an unbelievable job promoting this album. Last night was so great. yes, Daves voice was going to shit. He mentioned he was getting a cold. Sounded much better in the beginning of the show. Then he pulled his back doing one of his little jigs. I just love him! They played for 3 full hours with NO commercials. How sick is that? DMB also took over Sirius radio channel 17 all week. Back on Fuse tonight with interviews and what not about the new release and on Fuse the next few days. The website has so much info!
    I stayed up to watch the release on Conan. I liked the song, was disappointed it was a 2 minute shot. I know it's "normal" music slot on the Tonight Show but damn that went quick!

    Going to see DMB for the first time this summer. Have no idea if a Pearl Jam show is in my future. For me, that just stinks.
