    He was murdered, all right, but by Monika Dannemann, not Mike Jeffery.

    What he's doing is rehashing a slightly suspect tale by Alan Douglas that Jeffery had "confessed" Jimi's murder to him.

    There is circumstantial evidence to suggest foul play, which isn't helped by all this Mike Jeffery/CIA/COINTELPRO/tinfoil hat bollocks. Jimi's death, in my view, wasn't anything to do with politics or the music business, but the result of a nasty domestic dispute.
