DVRs ready!!

I have my dvr ready to record tonight's last Jay Leno, and I also have it set to record June 1st Conan premier (w/Pearl Jam). Should I set it to record the program manually (where I set it to the time I want it to end), or automatically (when it ends exactly when the show ends). I always fear the recording ending too soon this way.

    I had mine set to record when i heard the news so stoked

    To be safe you should set it to record a few minutes late because sometimes my DVR cuts off shows and its really annoying. You could record the show after it to be safe or you coudl just do it a few minutes late but i dont know hwo to do that so ig otta get my brother to lol.
