Problems to renew my membership

Hi,

My membership number expires in June 04, so I was trying to renew it yesterday, but I had a little problem...When I´m inserting my credit card number, I have to insert also that three security numbers after the whole number, but when I do that, it doesn´t appear any *** symbols, it just appears the real numbers....it doesn´t appear also any kind of security certificate on the operation...I remember the last time I did my membership renew last year, I had no problems with security issues on the website...Everything went well, with these *** symbols on my last 3 numbers of credit card and it was showing the security lock on the process...I am a little bit afraid to complete the transaction because of these things...Maybe the website is with some problem on that?
Note that I already checked out about my Internet Options on control panel, about cookies, etc...and everything is ok.
I hope I can have an answer really soon, before the date expire so I can renew my membership with no problems, because I don´t want to lose my number...

dont worry about losing your number if your late with payment.you can renew anytime.it happened to me.youll keep your same number

you have a 90 grace period if you don't renew on or before your expiration date

I don't understand why people post here when they have problems. Pearl Jam hire people who's job it is to sort it out and they have a number and a email..
