monday, august 31- cali show??

pure speculation on my part.

pj can't play a show until the OL fest is wrapped up. i figure since they are already in cali, it just makes sense that they will start the tour (or at least play a few shows) in california that monday. i'm just getting antsy waiting on dates....found out i have to go to a wedding in LA on august 30 and am praying for some cali dates that week.


anyway, if there are early september shows, we should be getting a tweet in the next few days. we usually get 3 months notice on shows.
i have a paper here that entitles me to fast track status

    Why can't they play a show until after acl? That doesn't make sense.

    i'm thinking it makes sense that they may be "wrapping up" (a leg of) a tour that week.

    If you look at the schedule they are starting on 8/13/09 in Europe ... playing London on the 18th... then back acrooss the ocean straight to Toronto... playing Toronto... and a few chicago shows and then making their way to Cali... would seem like time to rest by then... don't you think? I'm just thinking there will be a lot of time zones crossed beween like august 10th and august 28th and they may be tired....
