Squirm & Time Bomb are his two best songs since before Everyday (save Grey Street, You Never Know & Shotgun). Great album, can't wait to hear it live June 19 & 20 (with Phish the night before!!!).
Im actually listening to time Bomb now, I like the second half of the song. Some songs are kind of boring and slow, but i'm sure it will grow on me. After hearing the Shake Like a Monkey intro months ago Im kind of upset that this album is alot softer than that.
Shake Like a Monkey is really the only song that sounds anything like classic DMB, which is kind of lame but oh well.

They are definitely better, IMO, than anything on Everyday or Stand Up.
Shake Me isn't that great... that one seems to be dividing people already. And some of the lyrics on the album are just terrible.
That said, I'm glad this is a step in the right direction after 8-9 years of relative shit. There seems to be BTCS "depth" on this record... lots of different things going on that sneak up on you.
It was much better than I thought it was going to be. I am shocked that I am going to say that I enjoyed a DMB album on first listen. Normally I don't, but this one had some nice depth to the album not just some frat boy's pop version of what a jamband is supposed to sound like.
I’ve seen Pearl Jam 25 times, Eddie Vedder 9 times, and Brad once.

I truly believe part of the reason why their albums have sucked so bad is because of their constant touring. Seems like it has really caused a lack of focus!
