Psychics...

My sister visited one yesterday and what the psychic said was all true.
Amazing, my sister didn't give her any information about our family and this psychic knew EVERYTHING!
She talked about my mums health problems, my nieces deceased grandfather looking out for her, my cat that we had to put down almost a month ago, but nothing was mentioned about me that I know of.
I want to visit one now.

Has anyone here seen one?
Do you believe in what they see is true?

I'm a skeptic, the "psychics" use something called cold reading, it need a lot of practice but it can be done. You should go to James randy foundation website, he's the master unmasking all the "hoohaa". You can check too the web site 'skeptic guide to the universe" a good source too of good science.

No way. The psychic told my sister my mum has lots of bruises and poor circulation around her knees.
She's just had a knee operation and is bruised and sore.
And she described the interior of our house so perfect.

Well you're a believer already, you don't need to ask if it's true or not, did the so called psychic gave some information about the future? Just tell your sister to be careful there's a lot of people taking advantage of believers, and just to be safe check the cold reading stuff just to be infomed, the more you know the better :)
