I work up such a sweat while "sucking" (let's be consistent with the lingo, please) at this tribute thing that no amount of power-washing, or generous application of deodorant, or dousing with musk fragrance seems to alleviate the man-stink that sticks to me in the aftermath of every No Code performance.     Did you get a load at the coif on the guy pictured to the right? Well, of all the ways it could be described, "Ed hair" isn't one of them. I'm lucky enough to perform a reasonable facsimile of the man's voice; trying to copy his hairstyle wasn't in my genetic cards.

    As per Ten, Nick is a tremendous singer, perhaps the best of the "Ed wannabes". I've seen his band on most of their NYC-area tour stops in the last few years. They rock hard, just as all the PJ tributes do. (That is, when we aren't busy "sucking".)

    ill never forget the time I saw ten at bb kings with sam. We got so shitfaced, he even orded red wine for crazy mary and we passed that bottle aroud to everyone in the front row. Nick from ten even had some.
