From what I can tell, he (?) spends a lot of time looking into ebay auctions, 10c ticket sales, unauthorized merch etc....he's bound to make a mistake on the odd shut-down.

He's used this and other boards for assistance in shutting things down before...maybe he has a hard-on for this specific broker and jumped the gun thinking he had him? Maybe it was a bad joke? Maybe he's still got a smoking gun, and the OP's friends are in on the scam? I doubt the OP would still be a member if the 10C had him for breaking any rules...so ya...curious to see if Santos replies to this

i do appreciate them keeping the scum off of here, but just like THIS BAND that that i SUPPORT by being a part of this fan club, and paying to post on these boards, i DO NOT appreciate being found guilty of something that I didn't do... or even having an assumption of guilt brought on me by an EMPLOYEE of the band i Pay to support... oh wow, what a concept... innocent until proven guilty in this country... or is it ASSUMED guilty cause you look like someone?

I can think of a cause or two that this band i SUPPORT, tries to support themselves, that were ASSUMED guilty as well.... not comparing myself to anyone in jail right now, but just using the simplist of premises to make a point... unless Santos or anyone else here has something on this OP'er either bring it now or THINK before you do something so stupid next time...

And yes, I didnt say YOU owed me an apology... it is MY 100% opinion that i am owed an apology by Santos for being brought into this mess because i LOOK LIKE SOME SCUMBAG on ebay!

I know I said I wouldn’t come back here…but I want to apologize for being part of the drama here. It’s really unnecessary for people to be involved here – this is between Santos and the OP.

OP, give Santos time – it’s memorial weekend and he does not normally work - even post -on the weekends. Be patient. Use this time to cool down.

I understand you are angry and you have every right to defend yourself. But you need to realize that you are not helping either by keeping up with this and name calling.

I learned a hard lesson when I was very angry with some Lolla people including its top management... I was letting my emotions get the better of me and I have said some things via emails I really regret now. Looking back, I could have handled it differently. The same on the internet I've done in the past.

Another thing is...you also have to realize things said on the Internet may not be in your favor in the future – your employer or future employer, even enemies... everything can be saved and be used against you.

Let me give you an example of another drama in my other online community that has been spreading like a wildfire today with email alerts to everyone when one woman lost her cool in a heated debate where she is not thinking twice before hitting the submit button.

Why? This person is well known in the online community and is a role model as well as a teacher. Here in this online community, everyone SHOWS their faces while communicating in American Sign Language.

People who have personal vendetta against her are already recording this.

I am not going to point you to the exact location but it’s stored on the seesmic server.

I’d strongly recommend turning off the sounds on your PC if you are going to watch this video comment.

If they made a mistake and then turn around and treat you bad, I'd say go over their heads. I dunno the stroke order, but the people in charge here surely can't be in charge, or are they? I really have no idea. But be patient..... I've seen alotta people around here post grievances for whatever reason and the 10c is always ready to make things right.

I'd like to think that 10c got more proof than the pics before they accuse, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Look at the bright side, if/when your name gets cleared, this thread is a giant ad that you actually are into your PJ goodies and not worried about how much you can flip em for.

Couldnt find a hotel for cheap enough and didnt feel like making the drive really. The guy that offered to take me already had kind of a full boat so it seemed like I would have been putting him out. Didnt really have place to stay or way to get around..So the smart me(which usually doesnt surface too often) decided I should stay home and do some stuff around the house...:-)....Was just going to have him drop me off then grab a plane home, but that turned out to be spendy as well. Had I had a ticket in hand, I would have made a better effort..;-)

They werent going over for the show. They were going for the Mariner game. If they were going for the show, I would have put everyone out and sat on someones lap if I had too!! hahaha..They just offered to take me had I wanted to go, but as I said...Decided it would have been putting them out. They had a plan and I would have hindered that a bit..Not the end of the world...:-)

my dad and brother are at the game right now!!

I wanted to go to green river/melvins but my parents wouldnt let me. Oh well, green river isn't exactly amazing, but damn I wanted to go. But this means I'll have more money for when Pearl Jam plays here
