Friday Night Lights

what a great show. Just finished season 1. The use of Explosions in the sky really makes the show. The characters are great. I couldnt care less about sports football or any of that nonsense, but by the end I was rooting for matt and the guys. cool show. Got season 2 on my must watch list. Clear eyes full hearts, CANT LOSE!

    Loved both the book and movie. I was very skeptical when the show first came out. Didn't think it would translate well to TV, but I was wrong. Like the way its shot. Like the use of Explosions in the Sky as well. Good character development, plot lines, etc. I think a lot of people might of missed this show because of the football theme. I don't mind it (I like sports), but its really just back ground here.

    I was a little torn after season 1. While I really liked the show I would been fine if wasn't picked up for season 2. There were no loose ends and with high school based shows there's only so much you can do before it becomes '90210ed'. That said, I enjoyed season 2 and loved season 3. When you watch season 2 just keep in mind that it was made during the year of the writer's strike.

    I like the show a lot- season 2 was not as good as 1 or 3, but like it was posted before- I think that had to do wiht the strike too. I am looking forward to next season.

    I love this show, I just hate the fact that I have to wait until after is has aired on Dish (or whatever other network) before I get to watch in on NBC.

    Great show! My wife and I cranked through seasons 1 & 2 streaming Netflix on Xbox 360 in a week or two and watched season 3 in real time. Glad to hear it was picked up for another season or two. My wife was especially excited to read that Tim Riggins will be back for next season! ;)

    My fav show of all time! & got into it by accident season 3 was great too. & there will be a 4!!

    & yes the use of come back in season 1 made it that much better!!!

    I love this show... I can't wait for the next season on NBC, darn DISH network fans get to see it first. Long live Tim Riggins... what warm blooded American female does not have a slight crush on him? If you say you don't, you're lying. LOL
