holiday single help

Hey folks,

Not much of a board poster, but since my 2008 holiday single just arrived I thought I'd take an inventory of what I had. It seems my first was the 1995 single, and I know I have 95,98,99,03,04,05,06,07, and 08. I also have 3 I'm not sure about. Maybe somebody could help me out with they years for:

#1: Happy when I'm Crying and Live for Today
#2: Crown of Thorns and Can't help falling in Love Again
#3: Olympic Platinum and Smile

This would also mean I am missing two years, so if you have the titles for those it would be appreciated as well.

And last question- what was the first year the singles were offered?

    olympic platinum is '96
    crown of thorns is from '00
    and i'm not positive, but i think happy when i'm crying is from '97

    92 was Sonic Reducer and Ramblings II
