Sick of Brother

It's the strangest feeling.. at my workplace, they listen to a radio station which has Brother on constant rotation - I'm talking three or four times a day. And, though I never thought I'd say this... the radio has killed Brother for me!

    I hardly listen to the radio anymore, because of that...Sounds like you don't have much of a choice being at work.

    Unfortunately, I don't. Although they do play some other Pearl Jam tracks, which is cool.

    To be honest, I never really was that into the new version. I always loved the original rough mix version a lot more.

    Thats also my problem with Jeremy and Betterman. Both good songs in their own right, but several hundred or thousands of listens on the radio and I can't stand to hear them anymore. Hearing them live is different at least. Hasn't happenned with brother yet, but if stations keep it in heavy rotation, its just a matter of time!

    Hearing the new version would bother me because it sucks compared to the rough mix.

    i have yet to hear brother on the radio. They play the same songs over and over and I still listen. Most of the stuff I listen to are boots. I rarely change the station
    for that reason

    To be honest, I'm kinda sick of that song too. I only listen to the radio a few minutes a day when I'm going to and from work, but for a while it seemed like I'd hear it a couple of times every day. Thankfully, I'm not hearing it as much any more. I don't think I would have been as anoyed if it was a different song. Just not that crazy about Brother.

    I was looking through my Lost Dogs album a couple of days ago, and I think that Stone was right about Brother...just had enough of it.

    I am sick of song due to the fact that if one more friend tells me that PJ has a new song out and did you hear it? Then tell me they kind of like their new song because it sounds like their older style.

    Yep, I'm sick of it too.

    But nothing is worse than Kings of Leon...which is on every 2 minutes...horrible shit!

    ive only heard brother ....maybe 5-7 times.....

    and i couldnt tell you ONE song by Kings of Leon......

    i havnt even heard it on the radio yet!

    i am sick of hearnig Even Flow on the radio though, until the Redux version was played...and thats when i properly noticed the touch ups on it (ie when it was blaring through the whole building)
