Pearl Jam should tour every summer. Sign if you agree

Stupid Dave Matthews goes out every summer. Why not go on tour every summer. I don't care if they have new music or not. They have so much to play from it doen't matter to me or most fans I bet.
I'm probably ranting because I haven't seen them since 2006. Three years since they came anywhere close to Phoenix and I had to travel that year to see them. They should at least play one show in each region of the country.
Let's see those 2013 dates in the southern states.

yes. but every year a different country. let's give New Zealand (for example) a chance to see them at home. and South America again. then Europe. next year Australia. following year USA, etc.

this way it's more special spaced out. let's not be greedy. we're lucky that they pretty much play USA every year at least someplace.
  • If by touring you mean hanging out in my living room and eating nachos, then yes, they should tour every summer.
  • I agree. I was totally bummed when Eddie and Flea cancelled Bridge School in 2007. That's why I bought tickets. I am just getting into PJ and would love it if they come to California once or more a year.

the season isn't of importance to me - tho for work-related reasons no march thru april 15th nor august thru september 15th ;) - but otherwise, i fully agree with live pearl jam EVERY year! i've been fortunate enough to get myself to a few pearl jam shows each year since my very first show in 2003.....hope i don't break the cycle in 2009, tho it may just happen...... :(
    Stay with me...

As awesome as that would be...there's NO WAY I could afford that! Maybe every other summer for a tour and a permanent show in sept at the gorge ;)

can't agree more. i think BBQing in my back yard after said nacho eating is one heck of a tour

I disagree...DMB fans are lame and I don't want to be lumped in with them, this would happen if PJ toured all the time.

PJ should not change a damn thing.

I think it's awesome, especially that they're coming back to Europe even if only for 4 shows it gives us Euro's a chance to see them. I had dreams about them doing 5 or so shows in major cities in Europe years ago and now finally it's happening. Don't get me wrong I'd love to see a full scale tour but I'll take this for now. Hope they continue to mix it up and play some new places this tour and get back to places like New Zealand, maybe play Sout Africa or somewhere they've never played before where they're big.
    My PJ shows:
    London 28/10/96, Las Vegas 11/7/98, London 29/5/00, Nurnburg 11/6/00, Prague 14/6/00, Salzburg 18/6/00, Verona 20/6/00, Milan 22/6/00, Zurich 23/6/00, New York 8-9/7/03, Boston 11/7/03, Reading Festival 27/8/06, Shepards Bush 11/8/09, Berlin 15/8/09, Manchester 17/8/09, London 18/8/09, Dublin 22/6/10, Belfast 23/6/10, London (HRC) 25/6/10, Alpine Valley (PJ20) 3-4/9/11, Manchester 20-21/6/12, Leeds 8/7/14, Milton Keynes 11/7/14 To be continued....
