this is what i see when i hear this song...a lot of people say it sucks but i find it very powerful and meaningful..as you can see....props to Jeff!

    That's a unique way to interpret the song.

    I was not going to finish reading it when all I saw was political pictures because, quite frankly, the intertubes are a poor place for a political discussion... but then I realized that you were interpreting the song just as someone would do with words. Your interpretation is no less valid than someone who posts a description of something they dreamed or imagined. And, for the most part, you didn't seem biased toward any one political viewpoint.

    no no..i didn't have a problem with it...i used quotations because it was a "smilies" reply(or whatever you want to call those things) and not a worded reply...so..no..no problem at all...thanks for looking!

    Interesting view of the song, I like it. Some of the photos were very powerful too, I couldn't help feeling some strong emotions seeing them.

    great way to lay out your interpretation. as for the interpretation itself, its great too. i had always thought of the song on a smaller, interpersonal level. that though, is a great slant on what is a forgotten song.

    eds voice on the "Not my enemy" part sounds so desperate and tired. its a really moody, kinda creepy song. love it.
