Don't you hate it when you.....

get robbed by an umpire, a ref or an official.

Last night my team I support, should of won the match in the final 30 seconds but the stupid video ref denied it, stupidly, the worse decision ever. And it is not just my opinion.. The commentators said it will be the most controversial decision for the next few years. I am still furious.

I know it happens to everyone and what goes around comes around, but man o man, 2 wrongs don't make a right, and certainly doesn't make it easier.

Has your team been blatantly robbed of a win.

    It all works out in the end. you can't deny that you've gotten away with things and have thought "shit, I can't believe they didn't call that."

    Earlier in the year, my team won a match off a controversial decision to the other team. But in the wash up, we were deducted the 2 competition points that you get for winning the match for an infringement.

    I don't think anything has been so dramatic as that. Denied in the last minute.When you have gone from jumping for joy to throwing the remote across the room. It was harsh.

    Around here, the refs for softball and baseball are high school kids. It sucks when you get one with a chip on their shoulder and it's great when we get our neighbor. :)

    how old are the kids involved? lol-what sport are you talking about?

    For young kids, it -should- be about learning the positions and the rules of the game, not about winning and losing. Too many kids are turned off of sports when it stops being fun.

    Its the big time. NRL (National Rugby League) Not juniors. Even the boss of the referees has come out saying it was an error. The Team is The Canterbury Bulldogs

    Rugby is a sport I hope to see live someday! US Football is my favorite.. do Europeans laugh about it? (my french sister-in-law does) it's basically the same sport but we wear protective gear and get payed millions of dollars.

    I was called out twice by an ump stealing 3rd base...it was very strange. one ump called me out...I got up and started to dust myself off...the 3rd baseman tagged me and the home plate ump called me out. my coach flipped the fuck out lol

    in Australia, we don't really laugh about it. We don't like it much because it is so stop and start. I tried to watch the last Superbowl, and I think it started at 9.30am. I had to start work at 2, I thought It would of been long over, but it was still going at 2pm.

    Here is Rugby League, it is different to just Rugby. It is much better in my opinion, much quicker. And tough as nails.

    This bald guy in this clip used to be my favourite player until he joined a rival team. (Still have a soft spot for him) He used to be one of the best players for his position and this other guy Bryce Gibbs publicly came out bagging him. So they don't like each other. Watch what happens.
