Longest PJ show ever?

Hello Hello,
Long time fan of the band that has recently had his passion rekindled for the band's music. So much so that I purchased a Ten Club membership years after I had let it go dormant and am now able to post on this board.
long intro..sorry
Anyway, last week I listened to State College 2003 and at the time I thought that was the longest PJ show ever. Then I looked it up and found that Manchester 2003 actually was the longest because of the acoustic set but The Gorge 2005 had an acoustic set also.
"And now the questions":
1. What is the longest PJ show without an acoustic set?
2. What is the longest PJ show with an acoustic?
3. How does one create a signature? It says it can be altered via the "UCP" but I don't know what that is.
thanks for your time

The State College '03 show was a three hour, triple disc show, which vocalist Eddie Vedder vowed to make "the longest Pearl Jam show ever played."
Pearl Jam played Mancester in 2003? :?

i saw them too and felt like the state college was a bit of a drunken-ramble fest. whereas buffalo was much more intense. buffalo is still the best show i've seen in all 27.
Randalls 9/29/96 and state college 2003, I think the soldier field show in 1995 was another three hour show
all three are considered "epic" shows
longest with an acoustic set Mansfield 7/11/03
for me randalls and mansfield are the gold standards
What does ape/man shows mean?
It was a little icon printed in small on the cases. I believe it means those shows have PJ's stamp of approval - that those shows they liked. Obviously some shows will be better than other shows, and I think that ape/man icon means they evolved on those performances... that they were particularly happy with those shows, but that's just my speculation.

i thought they were done by the record company to make it easier for stores to choose which shows to stock, since they were bombarded with like 25 releases at once. i would agree that the ape/man shows, in general, are the best of the tours, but there are also some obvious misses...
as for longest shows, the longest i've been to was probably the grand rapids show in '06. that was a 3 hour+ show. i think state college was teh longest though. from the moment they hit stage until the show was over, it was close to 4 hours.
Could be... but by the time they see the icon, they would already have bought the album, right? And if they listed them on paper before they bought, why put the icon on at all?
I'm guessing again it's the bands "stamp of approval" to the consumer that these shows are endorsed by the band... but making them all available was really cool.

It seems like the concensus is that State College 2003 is the longest without an acoustic set and Mansfield 2003 is the longest with an acoustic. I was wondering if they had put on a show after 2003 that broke either one of those records as the band really dropped off my radar around towards the end of 2004. It looks like all other contenders to the throne happened prior to 03.
As for the Ape/Man logo on the 2000 boots, those definitely represented the bands favorites from the European and 2 North American legs. If my memory serves me right, each band member picked one as 5 were selected from each leg(remember no BOOM in the double zero).
They were all just band approved, to my knowledge. There were 6 a leg, so maybe each member picked one and the whole band chose one.
