I've been trying (for more time than I'd like to admit) to send (reply to) a PM and nothing's going anywhere but to my Outbox?! Now I just realized that when I try to find a member from 'the list' ... that I'm not 'Authorized to Do That'? Hu?

    when you send a PM, it will sit in your outbox until the recipient reads/opens it.

    and apparently the 'find a member' function has been disabled for some unknown reason,
    and has been that way for quite some time. very frustrating to say the least.

    Ahhhh...

    Well thank you so much for the enlightenment! Not that I'm any more sane ... but at least my inability to use a message board is no longer a signal for distress!
