Pearl Jam on TV this fall perhaps...

First let me say, I am super excited they will be taping an Austin City Limits episode. I have desired this for years. A whole hour of Pearl Jam... should be fantastic.

But anyways, I was thinking, with Pearl Jam looking like they will release a new album in late August/September, perhaps they will make a quick layover in NYC and do a Letterman taping in-between the UK and Toronto show. There is not a lot of time there, but what does make more sense, is since they will be in Cali in late August, and probably September, maybe it is time for them to make there Tonight Show debut, especially now that the host will actually be funny. I could see Conan trying to get as many big guests as possible when he is first going, so I would think this is an option, and like I said, it makes sense with them being in California right when a new album will be coming out.

Also, it is possible they could head back to NYC at the end of the fall tour and do an SNL taping.

Just something I was thinking about.

    I would love to see them on letterman or SNL this fall.

    But are they taping ACL show or just playing the festival?

    I have a question about the ACL show...Is this only on TV in Texas? Will DVDs of the show be for sale? I live in Massachusetts so I highly doubt this will be on TV up here.

    It should be on PBS all across the nation.It's a world wide broadcast...If you have PBS, that is...
