Listened to SOLAT from 92 and then from 06...

Listened to SOLAT from the swedish gig at Moderna Museet in Sweden (great show). Then I put on SOLAT from Milan 2006 and my friend turned to me and said "do you have fast-forward on?".
I always felt it was fast, but I was so used to the newer boots that I was used to the fast versions of corduroy and solat etc.
But now when I listened to them "back to back" it sounded redicilous. It actually felt like it was fast-forwarded. Really weird.

GTF comes to my mind first.
Listen to "Around the Bend" or "Drifting" from his solo shows. Slow ... down ... bro. These are supposed to be slow songs.
for the least they could possibly do

agree
Thats a good point, i havent really thought of that. Ed does like alot of punk rock so that makes sense. And if you really think about it, Matt typically doesnt play fast songs. a good 60-75% of soundgarden songs are medium, slow paced. Same with the songs he wrote for the band, In The Moonlight, You Are, and also Rhodes Jam from harrybu mccage. Matt seems to like playing slow. I mean im sure he is responsible for playing fast live for certain songs, but it probably is also Ed.

THE BEST. I love the beginning when Ed yells what I assume is "It's On!" Then the guitar comes in, so good.

and a "that was hot" too :-) to me it sounds like he says "check this out" in the beginning, but I can't tell, even after listenign to it 23498723 times!

I know that doesn't seem to make sense, but that's what I hear.
