Hi there, loooking for some travel advice from a friendly Londoner!!

I'm going to Manchester (driving there and back) and London gigs. Travelling down from Glasgow at 1.40pm arriving London Euston at 6.01pm (£12 when cheap tickets go on sale ina week or 2). After the gig, I'm leaving for Glasgow on the 11.45pm bus from Victoria Coach Station Megabus, £7.50).

My question is, how long should I give myself to get from the O2 Arena to catch this bus???

I was at the gig at Wembley Arena in 2007. I guess the gig ended about 11.15pm. Obviously I wanna see as much of the gig as possible but I need to catch this bus!!

Will the place be too busy for a taxi or shall I have to get the tube??

Any advice appreciated! ;):D

first step is probably to look on journey planner.

    http://www.tfl.gov.uk/

then add a good 10 minutes (longer if u dont leave before the end of the gig) to get out of the arena and to the tube. If i recall there will be a lot of people leaving the arena and there will be cues for a train.

If you want to get a cab (will cost quite a bit to go all the way from grenwich to victoria) make sure to have one booked because i imagine it will be a pain to hail one after the gig - might be wrong tho.

Personally, I think the tube wd be ur best bet. Oh and leave an extra 10 minutes from going from victoria tube station to victoria coach station, it's further away than you think.

    Hope that helps.
